If this tickles you, please consider voting for it in Blurb's Best Books Contest. Placing well in this competition would help me enormously as I move into filmmaking. Thank you.
By the way, there are lots of images from Inwood in this book. Please spread the word. Thanks.
I took a detour home from c-town this evening and passed by the dog run. I don't know why exactly. I guess I just knew there was a picture to be had somewhere this evening.
These guys with their dogs were having a ball watching the dogs go crazy chasing after a laser light beam on the floor of the dog run. It was hilarious. I hadn't come across this activity before. It was just like throwing a ball. The dogs were into it big time. Needless to say I was entirely intrigued.
Unfortunately, as I was to help ready the boys for bed, I had to hurry home and couldn't linger longer to converse. I hope they see this shot. They must have been wondering what I was up to.
It's that time of year again when we consider our Christmas shopping list. Well, perhaps I can make things a little easier for you. Any doggy people in your life? How about those who appreciate good photography and a little visual wit? Yeah, you've guessed correctly, it's time for me to plug again my first little book, Woofers. Sorry about the crazy music in this piece. I thought it was a hoot.
Tomorrow I will start a new series called On The Way To School. I realized the two days per week that I walk to and from school with my kids yield wonderful possibilities for witty pictures. This will be a regular feature that will do my best to be consistent on. Some of the pictures will be rather average, I expect, but I think there ought to be some gems from time to time too. Let's wait and see.
