I came across these two today as I was working through some archiving chores and was immediately reminded of how angry I was at this guy. If you know this idiot, please smack him upside the head for me, cause I know I would if I knew him. And no helmet!

Paul, Please call someone at the 34th precinct and email them this photo. (Inspector Capul?) I'm equally upset about this guy - he almost ran us over one day as we were leaving the playground (my husband, one year old and me). Thanks!
